The advent of COVID-19 underlined the importance for people have access spaces in proximity their residences due pandemic-related restrictions on activity space. implementation 15-min concept, which advocates that should able reach locations essential functions like within 15 min active travel, can bring nearer where live. Nonetheless, there is still a lack understanding social spatial (in)equality accessibility by travel cities seeking embrace such as Hong Kong. This study explores walking cycling Kong reveal distribution disadvantaged neighborhoods. results show neighborhoods Kowloon’s districts are most accessing travel.
